Hi Wooshin, According to your schedule 7/31-8/9. it's OK to our QA. There are 2 things need to confirm 1. we need your help to create Jira, because we need Jira number to backbport 2023-06 Security Patch 2. The TVTS 2.7_R1 was released last week, Enforcement of this release will begin with all certifications submitted on or after August 08, I will ask our QA to confirm if there is new issue in this tool tomorrow. Hi Jason, Our competitor is saying officially that duration of pre-test for google is 5 days. So SKB can't accept 5-8 days for only us. Please discuss about pre-test duration internally and share your official opinion. Thanks. |

Hi Wooshin, 5 working days was OK to us before. But as you know, Our QA team is common pool, all RD teams can request it. These products has been on the market for many years. The QA leader will put resources on products with shipping pressure first. I can not easily request QA resource from our QA leader. He will evaluate the priority of project. In my opinion, we always tried to convince our QA to set 1st priority, but He complained SKB's release plan and questioned 3rd party software quality. Our other customers only do 4~5 certifications in a year. but SKB do more than 15 times certification in a year. Anyway you can reply to SKB that we need 5 working days for pretest. I'll try to convince our QA every times. but I can not guarantee our QA will accept each request immediately. Thanks, Jason |
